If a group from your institution is traveling with Scool, here's what you should know.
Scool organizes and operates the trip. It contracts directly with each student or family, assumes legal and operational responsibility, and requires no involvement from the institution. This page exists so administration can verify who we are, how we work and what documentation backs every departure.
What student groups usually travel
For the institution's reference. International groups fly on their own to the Dominican Republic and we meet them at the airport; Dominican groups leave by coach from their city. Each student contracts individually with Scool.
What we can send to administration on request
No document requires a signature or any management from the institution. Shared with whoever the institution designates, by email, within 24 hours.
No liability for the school
We know many institutions don't organize or endorse student trips. Our model is designed for that.
Direct contract with each family
Scool is the organizer, operator and legally responsible party. The institution doesn't sign, collect, authorize or appear in any document.
Accompanying teacher, only if the institution wants one
Some schools prefer a trusted adult to travel with the group. It's optional: they travel at no cost (1 per 15 students) with no organizing or supervising duties assigned.
A channel for administration
If the institution wants to know who's traveling, when and with what insurance, it has a direct contact with our team. No obligation to use it.
Insurance in Scool's name
Medical, cancellation and liability cover every student for the whole trip. Copies available for the file if administration asks.
This is how it works, without going through the institution
The group organizes
Students or families from the same class contact us. From 20 people we set up their own departure.
Parents meeting
Online or at a venue the families choose. We present the program, rules, insurance and payment plan.
Each family contracts
Signature, data, medical form and installment payments from the portal. One by one, with Scool.
Operation
Assigned coordinators, pre-trip briefing and a 24/7 line during the trip.
Wrap-up
Final report and a survey for families. A summary of the departure if the institution requests it.
Contact and institutional inquiry
Groups and families: a tailored proposal within 48 hours. Institutions: verification, documentation or coordination for a chaperoning teacher.
